As a Product Designer at Solace, I focus on acquisition and growth, designing across patient and advocate platforms on scheduling, communication, and onboarding. My work spans improving existing journeys, shaping new product experiences, and evolving our design system to create more intuitive experiences that build trust and improve conversion.

Experimentation is one of the core parts of my work, including frequent A/B/C testing to validate design decisions and understand their impact.
